Terms & Conditions
An indemnity must be completed and a parent/guardian must sign if the child is under the age of 18.
Minimum age is 10 years old and children aged 10-15 must ride tandem.
The group rate is only applicable to 8 or more parasailers and you must ride tandem.
Bookings & Cancellations;
Port Stepehms Parasailing reserves the right to reschedule booking due to bad weather conditions or unforeseen situations.
Bookings are only confirmed upon full payment.
48 hours notice must be given for any cancellation otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred.
Cancellations within 24hours will not be refunded.
